We wont say how the toilet got clogged, but it was the kind of job that separates the amateurs from the legends. Rock Creek Plumbing showed up, handled it like absolute pros, and had the toilet flowing like a mountain spring in under 30 minutes. No fuss, no drama just pure plumbing wizardry. They even did the whisk dance on the way out the door. 10/10, would clog again for the encore.

I've used a lot of service companies over the years, and these guys stand out. They're solid, dependable, and actually show up when they say they will. No nonsense, no upselling. Just honest work, done right. Theyve got an old-school way of doing business thats hard to find these days. They take pride in what they do, treat you with respect, and dont cut corners. It's clear they care more about building trust than making a quick buck. Definitely the kind of people you want to have on your side when something goes wrong. Ill be calling them again.

My water heater was having problems and when I called Rock Creek, they gave me a lot of information to help decide what would be best for us. We decided to get a new water heater that would last. Thy came right out with a new water heater and installed it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call them again!!

They were quick to respond to my inquiry about their services. Ashton showed up when he said he would and gave me several options. He provided a quote right away after we decided on the best option for us. They replaced the water main the next day, again showing up when they said they would be here. They worked quickly and had the new main in place within a couple of hours. They were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up most of the work area, leaving a bit of wood debris in the well house for us to throw away. Our water pressure has maintained since the replacement. We are very satisfied with their work.

Rock Creek is amazing. I was up trying to deal with a crumbling estate with toilets older than I am. Rock Creek came out and helped us immediately. They were able to replace what they could and even returned to check our lines once we had the septic tank located. I recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

These guys are very professional, punctual, and patient. They explained everything and did an excellent job. We had them move our water heater, change out a hose valve, and upgrade and replace our laundry spigots and drain. They coordinated everything with the electricians, and upgraded plumbing lines. Afterwards, everything looked clean, new, and works great. We will definitely hire them again, and recommend them to others.

Rock creek plumbing came out right away to find the broken pipe. He took apart our ramp and put it back together after finding the broken pipe. We have a shared well and three homes sharing the line so we appreciated the quick response and the option of financing. Courteous and swift service.

For a rather new business and brothers in partnership it's refreshing to see two young, energetic men who are related to each other take on a high demand career. I had the pleasure of meeting them in a time of need and not only were they polite and professional, there work was excellent and done in a timely manner, they kept me informed about everything they were doing and why the problem even came about. I highly recommend Rock Creek Plumbing. We had a pipe pop off our sump pump and Rock Creek Plumbing came out the same day I called. They were very courteous and efficient. They took care of our problem in a few minutes and gave us peace of mind everything was now working properly.

We called Rock Creek about a propane leak beneath our kitchen stove. After calling several plumbers, HVAC companies, and our propane supplier, Rock Creek was the first company to give us a "YES, we service propane leaks." They came out in less than 24 hours, fixed it, and charged us a lower-than-fair price. I'll definitely be calling them back for any plumbing or propane issues. Great technician, too!

Great customer service. I would say 5 star plus! Their service is fast, well done and they are courteous to work with. I've used their service several times and have always come away satisfied with the service we received and we live an hour away. They show up when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

I had a plumbing emergency that wasnt a big fix but it was needed or I wasnt going to be able to use my shower. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and they fixed my issue in less than 45 minutes. Ive got other problems that are going to need fixing and you can bet Ill be calling them again. They did an awesome job replacing my tankless water heater on the sane day. It was easy setting up an appointment with them online the night before. Their rate is fair, and their work is fantastic! They are now my go-to people to call when I have plumbing issues!

Rand and company just left after installing a new water storage tank and repairing our line....our old tank had sprung a hole after 13 years of service. Rand got right back to us, patiently explained what repairing it might involve versus replacement, and helped us reach the best decision. He was willing to work with us no matter our choice, and at no time did I feel he was trying to 'upsell' us or convince us of options we would not need. 24 hours later, the job is done, the tank is filling and our water is back. I was walking through Home Depot and Rand was shopping as well,I was looking for plumbing parts and he struck up conversation and gave me a fast lesson on plumbing, because Im a do it myself kind of guy I gave it a shot, well while we where chatting my wife was asking him who he worked for and he gave her the company name and his number, after we talked I went home and gave it a run and failed it was still leaking, so we called Rand and his co owner was at our house within a few hours, he explained how we needed to change over to single valve vs the really old style two valves we had and he explained really well why and he seemed to me to be very honest and sincere,I was thinking a few hundred and it was way more then that, we called another company to give us an estimate as well, and they were a little bit cheaper but I the guy that came from the other company was very rude and didn't want to explain or even be friendly, so without a doubt we called Rand back and they sent the same two gentlemen back out. few hours later and they had our issue fixed within an hour or so, they where both very polite and sincere with there info, they came in clean and left my house the same way. they even hooked me up with a T shirt. I will always use this company, I believe in supporting local business and especially if they are gonna be as pleasant as Rock Creek LLC is and was, you get what you pay for and the guys seems to go the extra mile to make sure it goes smooth and very nicely done as well...looks great. very happy. thank you guys keep up the good work.

Rand was a straight forward guy. Didnt mind my questions and didnt have a problem being explanative with what was going on. My wife and I appreciated the swift help with our frozen well, pump, and plumbing.

Last night a pipe broke behind the bathroom wall in my son-in law and daughters home. Of course it was a cold snowy evening and couldnt get anyone out to come. Main water valve had to be turned off, so no water till they could get someone out in Toutle. Next morning she called around leaving messages for help, Rock Creek responded, called her back and was out the same day. They were very happy with the quick response and service. Rock Creek LLC replaced an exterior faucet on my house. I was given an estimate that was very close to the actual bill. The plumber showed up when he said he would. He turned what I thought was going to be difficult into something fast and easy. Rand is a pleasure to have on the job. A previous owner made a weird diy opening in the pipe possible to dump waste from an RV and something got lodged in there which caused it to plug up and caused sewage to flood onto our driveway. Rock creek was amazing and helpful and helped us get out whatever was clogging up the pipe. We are beyond thankful for it and would 100% hire him again and recommend him to anyone who asks. They are honest, personable and truly professional.
